What You’ll Do:
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to generate and nurture leads.
- Convert prospects into clients by promoting KW services with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and excellent client experience.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and support business growth.
- Represent KW Qatar with integrity, delivering top-notch customer service at every interaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience, preferably in real estate or a client-facing role.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Professional demeanor, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of Qatar’s real estate market is a plus.
- Ability to join immediately is preferred.
