TeleSales Agent (Real Estate)

Keller Williams Qatar, one of the #1 real estate brands globally, is looking for a highly motivated Telesales Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about real estate, skilled at building relationships, and eager to advance their careers. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to generate and nurture leads.
• Convert prospects into clients by promoting KW services with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and excellent client experience.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets and support business growth.
• Represent KW Qatar with integrity, delivering top-notch customer service at every interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of telesales experience, preferably in real estate or a client-facing role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of Qatar’s real estate market is a plus.
• Ability to join immediately is preferred.
