Key Responsibilities:

  • Promoting products/services:Telesales Representatives inform potential and existing customers about company offerings, highlighting features and benefits to generate interest.
  • Building customer relationships:They establish rapport with customers, understand their needs, and tailor sales approaches to meet those needs effectively.
  • Meeting sales targets:They are responsible for achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas, often measured by the number of successful sales or revenue generated.
  • Handling customer inquiries:They answer questions about products, services, pricing, and promotions, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Managing sales process:This includes initiating calls, presenting information, handling objections, and closing sales, often using sales scripts and call strategies.
  • Maintaining customer records:They update customer information, track interactions, and manage sales data using CRM systems or other designated tools.
  • Providing excellent customer service:They strive to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and fostering positive interactions.
  • Following up on leads:They may follow up on leads generated by other teams or marketing campaigns, converting them into sales opportunities.
  • Staying informed:They keep up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends to effectively engage with customers.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
