• Base Salary: PKR 30,000 – PKR 120,000 (Based on your "hustle" level).
• Uncapped Commissions: So attractive they should come with a warning label.
• Weekly/Monthly Bonuses: For the overachievers and legend-status agents.

Your Mission (What You’ll Actually Do)

• Be a Bridge: Connect with folks in the UK/US and guide them through our world-class services.
• Master the Mute Button: Use it wisely while you sneeze or celebrate a massive sale.
• Lead Legend: Promote services and close deals like a boss.
• Data Ninja: Keep our CRM clean. (Note: "Customer was grumpy" isn't a valid data entry, though we feel you).
• Targets: Smash daily and weekly goals without losing your sanity.

Who Fits the Headset?

• Experienced? If you’ve survived a call center floor before, you’re a veteran in our eyes. (Preferred).
