A Telesales Executive sells products or services over the phone by making outbound calls to potential customers or handling inbound inquiries from interested parties. Key responsibilities include generating leads, explaining product features, persuading customers to buy, managing relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Key responsibilities

  • Sales and persuasion: Make outbound calls to prospects to generate sales, explain products or services, handle inquiries, and persuade customers to make a purchase.
  • Customer and lead management: Follow up on leads, build and maintain strong relationships with customers, and handle customer service issues or objections.
  • Target achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
  • Data and record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in a CRM system.
  • Product knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to provide effective recommendations.
  • Upselling and cross-selling: Inform customers about additional products or services that may be of interest to them.
  • Collaboration: Work with the sales team to develop strategies and achieve overall sales goals.
