Telesales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Tele Sales Executive to support our sales team through lead generation and client outreach within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential corporate clients to promote giveaways, promotional items, printing, and branding services.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads across various industries in the UAE.
• Maintain and update lead records, call logs, and customer information in Excel.
• Share product catalogs, pricing, and promotional offers with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Schedule follow-up calls, meetings, and product discussions for the Business Development team.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate on enquiries with clients.
• Conduct basic market research to understand product trends and competitor activity.
• Ensure strong follow-up to convert inquiries into qualified leads.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and appointments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or customer service (UAE experience preferred).
• Experience in corporate gifting, printing, promotional items, or advertising is a strong advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong phone etiquette and ability to engage and persuade clients confidently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for maintaining data and reports.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and in a team.
