Position: Telesales Executive

Salary: AED 3,400 + Attractive Monthly Commission

Working Hours: 8 hours

Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Etisalat postpaid plans and offers.

• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

• Convert leads into sales through effective communication and sales techniques.

• Follow up with interested customers to close the sale.

• Maintain accurate records of customer details, leads, and call outcomes.

• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• Languages: English + Arabic/Hindi/Urdu.

• Visa Status: Visit Visa / Sponsor Visa / Own Visa (preferred).

• Excellent communication and telephone handling skills.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

• Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude.

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

• Must be able to commute reliably to Al Nahda 1, Dubai.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
