- Responsible for generating sales and leads by contacting potential and existing customers via phone, informing them about the company's products or services, and closing deals
- Maintaining and updating customer information in the CRM system, including contact details, purchase history, and sales notes.
- Working towards achieving individual and team sales quotas.
- Actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and tailoring product presentations to their specific requirements.
- Following up with leads, providing additional information, and addressing any questions or concerns.
