  • Responsible for generating sales and leads by contacting potential and existing customers via phone, informing them about the company's products or services, and closing deals
  • Maintaining and updating customer information in the CRM system, including contact details, purchase history, and sales notes.
  • Working towards achieving individual and team sales quotas.
  • Actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and tailoring product presentations to their specific requirements.
  • Following up with leads, providing additional information, and addressing any questions or concerns.

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicating with customers, building rapport, and handling objections.
  • Persuasion and Negotiation Skills: Persuading customers to make purchases and negotiating favourable terms.
  • Customer Service Skills: Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
  • Sales Skills: Understanding sales techniques, closing deals, and meeting sales targets.
  • Time Management and Organisational Skills: Managing multiple calls, prioritizing tasks, and staying organized.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
