Location: Lucknow (On-Site)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We’re hiring a dynamic female professional to handle telesales, and lead conversions across multiple product lines.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls & convert leads.
• Manage website/ad-based leads (chats, orders, abandoned carts).
• Maintain sales orders & daily reports.
• Build strong customer relationships & handle queries.
• Manage appointments, inquiries, and walk-ins.
• Support basic operations & coordination tasks.
• Monitor inventory needs and update client records.

Requirements:

• Graduate (any stream).
• 1.5–3 years of telesales & customer service experience.
• Strong Hindi & English communication.
• Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
• Target-driven, organized, and tech-savvy.
• Experience in wellness/beauty/FMCG preferred.
