Job Description

The Telesales Executive for Secondary Market Listings is responsible for contacting property owners to secure new property listings for resale or leasing. The role focuses on outbound calling, building relationships with homeowners, pitching Casa Capital Realty’s services, and converting them into active listings.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to property owners to secure new listings.
• Promote Casa Capital Realty’s services and identify motivated sellers/landlords.
• Collect property details and schedule appointments for listing agents.
• Maintain follow-ups and build strong relationships with owners.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
• Update CRM records and coordinate with the listing team for smooth onboarding.
• Submit weekly reports on call activity and listings generated.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (as per role requirements).
• Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and follow structured sales processes.
• Good negotiation and closing skills.
• Knowledge of secondary real estate markets (resale properties).
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems.
