Telesales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer inquiries, and promoting our property portfolio through outbound and inbound calls. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and a proven ability to convert leads into appointments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company projects
• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate property information
• Schedule viewings and follow up on leads to ensure conversion
• Maintain and update CRM with client interactions
• Meet weekly and monthly performance targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of telesales experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu/Russian/Arabic is an added advantage
• Strong customer service mindset and professional phone etiquette
• Ability to join immediately
