- Make outbound calls to contractors, facility managers, consultants, and companies to promote fire & safety products and services
- Generate leads for fire alarm systems, fire fighting systems, AMC, testing & commissioning, and maintenance services
- Explain fire protection solutions such as fire alarms, sprinklers, fire extinguishers, FM-200, clean agent systems, and emergency lighting
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and proposals shared with clients
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the technical sales team
- Maintain and update customer data, inquiries, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for project details and timelines
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender follow-ups
- Track payments, LPOs, and customer confirmations (basic coordination role)
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales support targets
- Handle client queries related to AMC renewals and compliance requirements
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of fire & safety systems (or willingness to learn)
- Familiarity with UAE fire regulations / Civil Defense standards (preferred)
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Outlook, CRM)
