Full job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused tele callers on Spouse Visa/ Father's Visa to promote and sell credit cards for one of the leading banks in the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-growing financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote banking products
• Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives if required
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain customer databases and call records accurately
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism

Requirements:

Must have previous tele calling or tele sales experience in credit card or personal loan sales.
Excellent communication skills,
Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Currently based in the UAE on spouse visa / Father's Visa
