Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to drive digital sales for IASH Marcomm Ventures LLP. The incumbent will prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities over the phone and via online channels, while collaborating closely with the content creation and design teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Conduct product presentations and demos tailored to the digital marketing needs of prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, ensuring timely follow‑up and accurate record‑keeping in the CRM.
- Coordinate with Content Creators and Graphic Designers to align deliverables with client requirements and deadlines.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for digital services.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on market trends and customer insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or digital sales, preferably within a marketing services environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong command of English and Hindi; proficiency in other Indian languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a target‑driven culture.
