Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

City Doctor is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive with proven experience in telesales within a clinic or healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential patients, explaining clinic services, and converting leads into confirmed appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing leads and cold prospects to promote clinic services
• Follow up with interested or previously contacted patients to close bookings
• Explain treatment options, consultation availability, and promotional offers
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments and maintain daily call logs
• Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets set by the clinic
• Coordinate with front desk and doctors to ensure smooth appointment scheduling
• Maintain patient records and update lead status in CRM or clinic software
• Provide feedback from patients and prospects to improve services or marketing strategies
• Handle inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries when required

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Mandatory: Minimum 2 year of telesales experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setup
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-friendly attitude
• Familiarity with clinic software, CRMs, or lead tracking tools
• Ability to handle objections professionally and build patient trust
• Basic knowledge of medical or clinic services is preferred
• Minimum education: Bachelors Degree

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
