Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable, and trusted visa and travel solutions while achieving strong sales performance. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound telesales calls related to visit visa and travel services. Contact potential and existing clients to promote visit visa services for Schengen countries, Europe, UK, USA, Canada, and other destinations. Explain visa requirements, processes, timelines, and service charges clearly to clients. Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed sales through effective communication and regular follow-ups. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets in terms of revenue, number of cases, or conversions. Coordinate with the visa processing team to ensure smooth handling of client cases. Maintain accurate client records, call logs, follow-up schedules, and sales reports. Communicate professionally with clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email. Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and support. Requirements Proven experience as a Telesales Executive, Call Center Agent, or Visa Sales Consultant. Knowledge of Schengen, Europe, UK, USA, and Canada visit visa services is an advantage. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently. Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
