- Make outbound calls to leads generated from portals, campaigns, databases, and walk-in enquiries
- Handle inbound calls professionally and convert enquiries into qualified leads
- Understand client requirements including:
- Budget
- Preferred location
- Property type
- Purpose (investment / end-use / rental)
- Timeline for purchase or leasing
- Pitch off-plan projects by explaining:
- Developer profile
- Payment plans
- ROI and capital appreciation
- Handover timelines
- Pitch leasing properties by explaining:
- Rental price
- Unit features
- Cheque terms
- Availability status
2. Appointment & Follow-Up Management
- Schedule:
- Site visits
- Property viewings
- Developer meetings
- Coordinate with sales and leasing agents to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Conduct systematic follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Record client feedback after site visits or viewings
3. Property Listing & Inventory Management
- Collect property details from:
- Owners
- Inventory controllers
- Sales team
- Verify and maintain accurate information including:
- Unit size
- Rent / price
- Availability
- Photos and descriptions
- Upload and update listings on:
- Property portals
- Company CRM
- Ensure:
- No duplicate listings
- Correct pricing
- Real-time availability updates
- Coordinate with internal teams to deactivate sold or rented units promptly
4. CRM & Documentation
- Maintain detailed records in CRM including:
- Call logs
- Lead status
- Follow-up schedules
- Appointment outcomes
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports
- Ensure data accuracy for management review and decision-making
