1. Telesales & Lead Qualification

  • Make outbound calls to leads generated from portals, campaigns, databases, and walk-in enquiries
  • Handle inbound calls professionally and convert enquiries into qualified leads
  • Understand client requirements including:
  • Budget
  • Preferred location
  • Property type
  • Purpose (investment / end-use / rental)
  • Timeline for purchase or leasing
  • Pitch off-plan projects by explaining:
  • Developer profile
  • Payment plans
  • ROI and capital appreciation
  • Handover timelines
  • Pitch leasing properties by explaining:
  • Rental price
  • Unit features
  • Cheque terms
  • Availability status

2. Appointment & Follow-Up Management

  • Schedule:
  • Site visits
  • Property viewings
  • Developer meetings
  • Coordinate with sales and leasing agents to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
  • Conduct systematic follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Record client feedback after site visits or viewings

3. Property Listing & Inventory Management

  • Collect property details from:
  • Owners
  • Inventory controllers
  • Sales team
  • Verify and maintain accurate information including:
  • Unit size
  • Rent / price
  • Availability
  • Photos and descriptions
  • Upload and update listings on:
  • Property portals
  • Company CRM
  • Ensure:
  • No duplicate listings
  • Correct pricing
  • Real-time availability updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deactivate sold or rented units promptly

4. CRM & Documentation

  • Maintain detailed records in CRM including:
  • Call logs
  • Lead status
  • Follow-up schedules
  • Appointment outcomes
  • Prepare daily and weekly activity reports
  • Ensure data accuracy for management review and decision-making

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
