Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Female Tele Sales Executives to join our sales team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, explaining immigration services, and converting leads into successful registrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional consultation and guidance on immigration, work permits, visas, permanent residency, and related matters.
• Assess clients’ eligibility and advise on suitable immigration programs.
• Prepare, review, and submit applications and supporting documents to relevant authorities.
• Stay updated with immigration laws, regulations, and government policies.
• Communicate with clients regularly to update them on case progress.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and provide solutions with professionalism.
• Ensure ethical practices and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Malayalam
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM handling).
