Job Description:

  • Make outbound calls to buyers and investors from provided databases.
  • Get property listings form Owners and Properties for the group of companies.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable real estate marketing solutions.
  • Get all the details of property accordingly
  • Schedule site visits and coordinate with field sales agents.
  • Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and messages to ensure timely conversions.
  • Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align outreach efforts

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 1 year minimum in Real Estate Tele- Sales.

Language:

  • English (Required)
  • Hindi/Arabic (Preferred)

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
