Tele Sales Executive
Location: UAE
Experience: 1–3 years
Industry: B2B / FMCG / Packaging / Consumables (preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products and services.
- Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and close sales.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM / ERP system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams for order processing and delivery.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Follow up on pending payments, LPOs, and repeat orders.
- Prepare basic sales reports and call logs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is an added advantage)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM systems)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B sales, packaging, food service, or consumables.
- Knowledge of UAE market and corporate customers.
