Tele Sales Executive

Location: UAE
Experience: 1–3 years
Industry: B2B / FMCG / Packaging / Consumables (preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and close sales.
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM / ERP system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers.
  • Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams for order processing and delivery.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
  • Follow up on pending payments, LPOs, and repeat orders.
  • Prepare basic sales reports and call logs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is an added advantage)
  • Strong convincing and negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM systems)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales, packaging, food service, or consumables.
  • Knowledge of UAE market and corporate customers.
