Key Responsibilities:
Telesales:
Making outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote products or services.
Handling inbound calls from customers and providing information, addressing inquiries, and closing sales.
Persuading customers to purchase products or services through effective communication and sales techniques.
Upselling and cross-selling products to existing customers to maximize sales.
Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor during sales interactions.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas. Documenting customer interactions and sales information accurately.
Sales Coordination:
Supporting sales campaigns and initiatives through phone communication.
Following up with leads and potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Maintaining and updating customer records and sales data. Coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth sales processes and achievement of targets.
Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and presentations. Helping to organize and implement sales strategies.
Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Liaising with other departments (e.g., marketing, logistics, customer service) to support sales efforts.
Managing and updating product information across different platforms.
Monitoring and analyzing sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
Providing administrative support to the sales team. Assisting with the setup of new product items for customers. Tracking marketing initiatives and assisting with event-related materials.
Maintaining clear documentation and communication logs. P
roactively identifying and proposing process improvements.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proven sales experience, particularly in telesales or a related field. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in using computers and relevant software (e.g., CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure. Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. A positive and proactive attitude. Ability to build rapport with customers.
