Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for our interior design and construction services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to explain design and construction solutions confidently over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided data.
  • Generate and qualify leads for interior and construction projects.
  • Explain company services (residential interiors, commercial fit-outs, renovations, turnkey projects, etc.).
  • Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales/design team.
  • Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking system.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Handle basic client queries regarding pricing, timelines, and process.
  • Coordinate with the design and project teams for smooth handover of confirmed leads.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  • Basic knowledge of interior design and construction processes.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Immediate Joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
