Telesales Executive (Onsite – Lahore)

We are looking for motivated and confident Telesales Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with potential customers, introduce our products and services, and contribute to company sales through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Promote and explain company products and services effectively
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
• Follow up with customers when required
• Work with the team to achieve sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of telesales or call center experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer skills for record keeping
• Self-motivated with a professional attitude
