About the Role

We are seeking an aggressive and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our elite sales floor in Business Bay. This role is designed for a "closer"—someone who thrives on turning leads into active clients. You will be the front line of our business, responsible for driving revenue by pitching our financial services to international leads.

Detailed Key Responsibilities

• Direct Sales Conversion: Perform high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads, pitching the benefits of our trading platform and converting prospects into active trading clients.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential international investors through consistent and persuasive follow-ups.
• Onboarding Assistance: Provide end-to-end guidance to clients during the account registration, verification, and first-time deposit (FTD) process.
• Objection Handling: Master the art of overcoming market-related skepticism and technical objections using professional sales psychology.
• Market Education: Stay updated on global market trends (Forex, NSE, MCX) to provide accurate information and build credibility with clients.
• CRM Discipline: Maintain meticulous records of all lead interactions, call statuses, and conversion metrics in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 2–5 years in outbound telesales, ideally within the Forex, Real Estate, or Insurance sectors.
• Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory). Ability to speak a third language is a significant advantage.
• Mindset: Highly target-driven with a "never give up" attitude.
• Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
