Telesales Executive

Salary: AED 3,000 Basic + 10% Commission Per Sale

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our Dubai office. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, experienced in sales, and comfortable generating their own leads through social media, networking, and personal outreach.

In addition to company-provided leads through Meta Ads and marketing campaigns, successful candidates are expected to actively generate leads independently using social media platforms, TikTok videos, and personal networking.

This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential through commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries related to immigration and visa services
• Convert leads into successful sales and signed clients
• Generate self-leads through:
• Social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Personal networking and referrals
• Online engagement and outreach
• Create short-form videos (especially TikTok) to attract and engage potential clients
• Follow up with leads provided through company Meta Ads campaigns
• Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Keep accurate records of leads and conversions
• Provide professional consultation and guidance to clients

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: AED 3,000 per month

Commission: 10% per successful sale

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (preferably in immigration, visa, or consultancy services)

• Proven ability to close sales and meet targets
• Experience in lead generation through social media
• Must be comfortable appearing in videos, especially TikTok
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to generate leads through personal networking
• Self-motivated and target-driven personality
• Basic understanding of immigration or visa services is preferred
• Social media knowledge is highly preferred

Preferred Candidates

• Candidates with the following experience will have an advantage:
• Experience in immigration or visa consultancy
• Active on TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook
• Strong personal network in Dubai
• Knowledge of digital lead generation
• Experience creating short-form video content
