Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to prospective customers, promote our products and services, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Promote and explain the company's products and services.
• Build positive relationships with customers and identify their needs.
• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Achieve individual sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Previous telesales or sales experience is an advantage.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Off
Saturday & Sunday

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
