We are a growing Accounting & Bookkeeping firm in the UAE seeking a Telesales Executive who is passionate about sales and has solid knowledge of accounting and tax-related services. This role is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of Corporate Tax, VAT, Zoho Accounting Software, and Audit services, looking to grow their career in a fast-paced and client-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote accounting, VAT, corporate tax, and audit services.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable accounting solutions.
• Handle objections professionally and close sales.
• Maintain and update CRM (preferably Zoho) with daily call records and client interactions.
• Coordinate with the internal accounting team to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of telesales or inside sales experience in the accounting/bookkeeping or financial services sector.
• Knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT compliance, and Accounting principles.
• Familiarity with Zoho Books or other accounting software is a must.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Experience in dealing with small and medium-sized businesses is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Multilingual candidates (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu/English) are preferred.
