Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Telesales Executive (Arabic Speaker) to contact potential students, promote our English programs, and convert leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students using provided leads
• Explain iEnglish courses clearly in Arabic (basic English is a plus)
• Follow up with interested leads and close enrollments
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory)
• Basic to good English communication skills
• Experience in telesales, call center, or education sales preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• UAE experience is an advantage
