iEnglish Institute is a growing language training institute in the UAE, offering high-quality English courses to students and professionals. We are expanding our team and looking for motivated Arabic-speaking telesales professionals.

Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Telesales Executive (Arabic Speaker) to contact potential students, promote our English programs, and convert leads into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students using provided leads
• Explain iEnglish courses clearly in Arabic (basic English is a plus)
• Follow up with interested leads and close enrolments
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory)
• Basic to good English communication skills
• Experience in tele sales, call centre, or education sales preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• UAE experience is an advantage
