Telesales Executive - Banking

Pay: 2,500.00 (AED) - 6,000.00 (AED) per month

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as Tele Sales Executives for promoting retail Banking products like Loan, Cards & Account. This role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in Sales, Marketing, Forex, Banking, Insurance, or other financial markets. However, freshers and visit visa holders in the UAE who are eager to start a rewarding career in sales are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proactively meet and exceed sales targets.
• Expand the company’s client base through active engagement and prospecting.
• Participate in client meetings and consultations as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in Sales, Tele Sales, or a related field (experience from the UAE or home country is acceptable).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Passion for sales and a strong drive to achieve performance targets.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: AED 2,500 – AED 6,000 (plus attractive commission structure)

Language Requirement: English & Hindi (Fluency required)
