We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate brokerage team. The role involves contacting prospective clients, generating leads, explaining property offerings, and scheduling site visits for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and online inquiries
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries regarding properties
- Explain property features, pricing, location advantages, and payment plans
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule property site visits and follow up with interested clients
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM
- Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture leads and close deals
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for updated project information
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or graduate (any discipline)
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (real estate preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language(s)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Experience in real estate telesales or brokerage firms
- Familiarity with local real estate market and property types
- Ability to handle objections and customer follow-ups effectively
