What You'll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls to IT resellers, distributors and traders across Africa
- Pitching our IT product range — laptops, desktops, networking equipment, accessories, software, servers, and peripherals
- Generating new leads and reactivating dormant accounts in assigned African territories
- Sending product quotations, negotiating pricing, and closing export orders
- Coordinating with the logistics team on shipping, documentation, and delivery to African ports
- Building long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp Business, and email
- Maintaining accurate records of leads, pipelines, and closed deals in the CRM
- Staying updated on IT product trends, competitor pricing, and African market demand
- Hitting and exceeding monthly export sales targets
What We're Looking For
- [1 / 2 / 3]+ years of telesales, export sales, or B2B sales experience (IT industry strongly preferred)
- Prior experience selling into African markets is a major advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English — French is a strong plus (for Francophone Africa: Senegal, Ivory Coast, Cameroon, DRC, etc.)
- Solid understanding of IT products — brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, Asus, Microsoft, etc.
- Confident negotiator with the ability to handle objections and close over the phone
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, Excel, and email correspondence
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage your own pipeline
- Cultural awareness and patience to work with clients across diverse African markets
- Already based in UAE with a valid visa preferred (we can sponsor for the right candidate)

- An existing client network in African IT markets
- Multilingual skills — French, Swahili, Arabic, Portuguese, or any African language
