Telesales Executive (female)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to handle outbound calls, explain company services, and convert leads into customers through professional communication and effective follow-ups.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in immigration consultancy, telesales, BPO, or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to assigned leads
• Explain services clearly and professionally
• Handle customer queries and objections
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Maintain accurate call and lead records
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English
• Confident, professional, and target-oriented
• Ability to manage call volumes and follow-ups
