Telesales Executive ( Female )

Job Summary

We are pleased to invite applications for the position of Female Telecaller to join our outbound sales team. The successful candidate will be confident, self-motivated, and professional, with strong communication skills and a persuasive approach. A minimum of one year of experience in outbound telecalling or telesales is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team as required
• Clearly and accurately explain products and services to potential clients
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date call records and customer information
• Follow up with leads to support conversions and achieve sales targets
• Provide communication and basic administrative support to the sales team

Candidate Requirements

• Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Tagalog
• Experience: Minimum of one year in outbound telecalling or telesales
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective persuasion and negotiation abilities
• A well-organized, confident, and goal-oriented attitude
