Telesales Executive (Female Freshers Welcome)

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and motivated Female Telesales Executives to join our growing team. Freshers who are passionate about sales and customer service are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided to help you succeed in your role.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
• Introduce and explain our financial products and services, including personal loans and business loans.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Build positive relationships with customers and maintain professional communication.
• Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments when required.
• Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Hindi and/or Urdu speaking ability will be an added advantage.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Must be currently based in the UAE with a valid visa.
