Telesales Executive – Freight Broker

We are looking for experienced Telesales Executives/ Fright Broker to join our growing team for a US Trucking Brokerage Campaign. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with US clients, and the ability to generate leads and close deals over calls.

As a Telesales Executive/ Freight Broker, you will be responsible for connecting with trucking companies, owner-operators, and carriers in the US market to onboard them for our brokerage services.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based trucking companies and carriers
• Pitch brokerage and logistics services professionally
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into active clients
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Follow up with prospects regularly
• Update CRM/call logs accurately
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years experience in:
• Freight Brokerage
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & listening)
• Neutral or Americanized accent preferred
