Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with leads generated via social media, website, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for design consultation.
  • Explain the company’s interior design services, offerings, and USPs clearly and effectively.
  • Maintain a daily call log and report performance metrics to the Sales Manager.
  • Follow-up with cold and warm leads to nurture and convert into consultations.
  • Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure a smooth lead-to-client journey.
  • Maintain the CRM database accurately and update records in real-time.
  • Share brochures, project images, and pitch decks over WhatsApp/email when needed.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and [local language].
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic understanding of interior design or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.

Performance Metrics:

  • Daily outbound calls: 40–50
  • Monthly conversions/appointments booked: Minimum 20
  • Client feedback and call quality rating

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
