We advise global investors on strategic real estate acquisitions in the UAE, with a strong international focus including Europe, the UK, Asia, and high-net-worth individuals worldwide.

As part of our expansion from 15 to 50 professionals, we are building a structured and high-performance Lead Generation Division.

We are currently hiring motivated and disciplined Telesales Executives to support our Investment Sales team.

Role Overview

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating qualified appointments for our Investment Consultants.

Your role is to contact potential investors, introduce our services, qualify interest, and schedule meetings.

This is a performance-driven position with clear KPIs and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential investors
• Introduce company services professionally
• Qualify client interest and investment readiness
• Schedule appointments for Investment Consultants
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Follow up with prospects
• Achieve daily and weekly activity targets

Performance Expectations

• High daily call volume
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Professional and confident phone presence
• Ability to handle objections

Requirements

• Previous telesales, call center, or sales experience preferred
• Strong English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
• Confident and energetic personality
• Self-disciplined and structured
• Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
• CRM experience preferred
