This position is STRICTLY for candidates with CALL CENTER / OUTBOUND TELESALES experience.

Job Overview:

We are a Qatar-based professional training institute urgently hiring Outbound Telesales Executives who are confident in high-volume calling, lead generation, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 70–90 outbound calls per day
• Contact warm & cold leads for professional training courses
• Promote Management, HSE, Finance, and Language programs
• Follow up with prospects and close enrollments
• Achieve monthly revenue targets of QAR 25,000 – 40,000+
• Maintain call records and lead updates

Mandatory Requirements

• Call Center / Outbound Telesales experience (MINIMUM 2 YEARS)
• Comfortable with cold calling & lead generation
• Fluent English communication (neutral accent preferred)
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing skills
• Energetic, target-oriented, and commission-driven attitude
• Ability to work for a Qatar-based company
