Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive (Own Visa) to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will engage with parents and students over call, promote our tech education programs, and help grow our student base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads and follow up on inquiries.
  • Promote and sell our Edu-Tech programs (Robotics, Coding, AI, etc.).
  • Build strong relationships with parents and students through effective communication.
  • Convert leads into confirmed enrollments.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Provide accurate information related to programs, schedules, pricing, and promotions.
  • Handle objections professionally and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in tele sales, call centers, or customer service.
  • Candidates must hold a valid UAE visa under their own sponsorship.
  • Strong verbal communication skills (English mandatory; Arabic/Hindi advantage).
  • Target-driven and ability to achieve daily/weekly sales KPIs.
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism in fast-paced situations.
