We are looking for young, energetic, and confident Tele Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. Your role is to connect with potential buyers and sellers, qualify leads, and book meetings for the sales team.

If you want to grow in Dubai real estate and build a long-term career, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients
  • Respond to inbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries
  • Build rapport and understand client needs
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Meet daily targets for calls, leads, and meetings

Requirements

  • Telesales or customer service experience preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
  • Excellent English; Hindi/Urdu are strong advantages
  • Confident, clear, and professional on the phone
  • Can handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Basic computer and CRM skills
  • Must be available in Dubai
  • Own VISA is a plus
