We are seeking a Telesales Executive to support our real estate sales operations by contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, and converting inquiries into site visits and sales opportunities. The role focuses on off plan and ready real estate products.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing clients via phone to promote real estate projects.
- Qualify leads and understand client needs and budgets.
- Present project details, pricing, and payment plans clearly and professionally.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with clients and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly call, lead conversion, and sales targets.
- Handle client objections and provide accurate responses.
- Update clients on new projects, offers, and availability.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales or call center roles (real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work with targets and KPIs.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales processes.
- CRM experience is preferred.
- Professional phone etiquette and follow-up discipline.
