Telesales Executive – Real Estate (Female)

We are looking for confident and driven Telesales Executives to join our real estate team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy speaking with clients, understand sales conversations, and can build trust over calls and digital channels, while also supporting basic content creation for marketing and client engagement.

You will be engaging with potential buyers and investors, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through suitable real estate opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential real estate clients
• Qualify leads and understand client requirements
• Present real estate projects clearly and professionally over phone and WhatsApp
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits, meetings, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions
• Support basic content creation such as short videos, reels, or social media clips when required

Requirements:

• Experience in real estate telesales is preferred
• Fluency in one or more of the following languages:

Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Punjabi, Arabic

• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable appearing in basic content creation (short videos, voice notes, reels)
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven
• Prior UAE real estate experience is a plus
