International Telesales Representative – SEO & Web Development Services (US Market) | Night Shift | Lahore

Location: DHA Phase 01, Lahore (On-site)
Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Salary: Up to Rs. 80,000/month + Performance Bonuses & Commissions

About the Role

We are hiring International Telesales Representatives to sell SEO, PPC, Website Development, and Digital Marketing services to U.S.-based businesses.
This role is perfect for candidates with strong English communication skills, experience dealing with international clients, and the ability to close high-value digital marketing deals.

Key ResponsibilitiesTelesales & Lead Conversion

• Make outbound cold calls to U.S. businesses.
• Pitch SEO, PPC, and Website Development services confidently.
• Understand client needs and recommend the right service packages.
• Convert cold and warm leads into paying customers.

Customer Interaction & Follow-Up

• Maintain professional communication throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Follow up through calls, emails, and CRM platforms.
• Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals.

Performance & Reporting

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and client details.
• Follow company policies, scripts, and sales guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ months international telesales experience (US/UK required).
• Experience in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, or IT service sales is preferred.
• Fluent English with a neutral, U.S., or U.K. accent.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Confident, target-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced sales environments.
• Must be available for the U.S. night shift (6 PM – 3 AM) in Lahore.
