Telesales Executive (Tamil, Malayalam, Bengali Speaker)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executives with 1 to 5 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customers professionally while achieving sales and retention targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Maintain and manage existing customers and encourage continued use of company services/products
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns as per company guidelines
• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and daily sales activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer issue resolution
• Achieve productivity and sales targets within deadlines
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships
• Use CRM systems and MS Office tools effectively

Requirements:

• 1 to 5 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service
• Hindi speaking is mandatory
• Additional language proficiency in Tamil, Malayalam, or Bengali (speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player with multitasking ability
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office
• Female candidates preferred

Qualification:

• High School Diploma required
• BA/BSc degree will be an added advantage

Salary: AED 2,800
