We are looking for experienced Telesales Executives to join our growing team for a US Trucking Brokerage Campaign. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with US clients, and the ability to generate leads and close deals over calls.
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with trucking companies, owner-operators, and carriers in the US market to onboard them for our brokerage services.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based trucking companies and carriers
- Pitch brokerage and logistics services professionally
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into active clients
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Follow up with prospects regularly
- Update CRM/call logs accurately
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years experience in:
- Truck Dispatch
- Freight Brokerage
- Cold Calling / Telesales
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & listening)
- Neutral or Americanized accent preferred
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
