Eco Breeze Cleaning and Pest Control Services is hiring a highly driven Tele Sales Executive with a strong passion for closing deals. This role is ideal for a confident sales professional who thrives in a target-based environment and can aggressively promote cleaning and pest control services over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make high-volume outbound calls to generate leads and close sales

Actively promote cleaning and pest control service packages

Follow up with potential and existing clients to maximize conversions

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Prepare daily and monthly sales reports using Excel

Requirements:

Proven experience in tele sales / aggressive sales

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills

Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities

Highly target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated

Basic computer skills, including Excel reporting

Preferred: Philipines

Experience in cleaning or service industry is an advantage

Salary & Incentives:

Fixed salary + attractive commission after achieving targets

High earning potential for top performers
