Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller to join our team and guide clients through our Immigration and Visa services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients via outbound calls using provided leads.
• Explain immigration/visa services and schedule consultations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly targets.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of client communication.
• Ensure a smooth and professional visa and immigration service process.

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years of experience in telesales, consulting, or business intelligence (any industry).
• Experience in Outbound Tele Sales is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (other languages are a bonus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
