We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound sales calls, and supporting marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Tele sales Duties:

  • Make outbound/inbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate information about offerings.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into opportunities.
  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.
  • Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.

Marketing Duties:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (email, SMS, social media).
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align messaging and sales strategies.
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve marketing tactics and customer experience.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on ROI and conversion rates.
  • Support in creating marketing content, brochures, and promotional materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and channels is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in both sales and marketing roles.
  • Knowledge of the industry or product being sold.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
