Telesales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for achieving sales and marketing goals. This role involves promoting our products and services, engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, and supporting marketing campaigns to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products.
• Follow up on leads, handle customer inquiries, and maintain accurate call records.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives.
• Create and share engaging content for social media and online platforms.
• Conduct basic market research to identify opportunities and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize customer engagement.
• Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, and campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or marketing-related roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Goal-driven, confident, and self-motivated personality.
• Basic knowledge of marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
