Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Conversion

Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins

Counsel prospective students on suitable programs based on their career goals

Convert inquiries into enrollments while meeting monthly and quarterly targets

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM

Student Counseling & Relationship Management

Provide detailed information on programs, fees, schedules, and learning outcomes

Build long-term relationships with students through professional communication

Ensure a smooth admission process from inquiry to enrollment

Marketing & Events Support

Support promotional campaigns, open days, orientations, and education events

Coordinate with the marketing team to follow up on campaign-generated leads

Represent BIA professionally at exhibitions, seminars, and corporate meetings

Coordination & Reporting

Work closely with academic and operations teams for seamless student onboarding

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports

Share market feedback, student insights, and competitor intelligence with management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
